White House Heritage Elementary welcomes Mrs. Amanda Fields, Principal and Dr. Chad Murphy, Assistant Principal to our school!

Amanda Fields, a Robertson County native, is a graduate of Austin Peay State University with a major in English. She began teaching English at Greenbrier High School in January 2003. While at GHS, she earned her MS from Western Kentucky University in Library Media Education and her +30 in Educational Leadership from Austin Peay. Amanda continued her career as the Robertson County  Graduation Coach. Amanda then spent several years in Dickson County serving as the assistant principal at White Bluff Elementary School before returning to Robertson County to serve several years as the AP at Krisle Elementary School and then Springfield High School. She spent several years in higher education before returning to Dickson County Schools to serve as an assistant principal at Creek Wood High School. Amanda is excited to return home to Robertson County to serve as principal of White House Heritage Elementary School. Dr Chad Murphy

Dr. Chad Murphy is originally from Glasgow, KY. He received his bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and earned his Master’s of Arts in Education degree from Union University. Dr. Murphy taught English at Antioch High School for one semester and then at Beech High School for ten years, where he had many other leadership roles and responsibilities. In December of 2022, Dr. Murphy earned his doctorate degree in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University. Dr. Murphy has been married to his wife Sarah for 12 years and they have three children, Georgia, Owen, and Lucy Kate.
